Refund Policy
If a product is not what you needed, we will refund it. No questions asked.

We offer a full refund on any digital product, for any reason, within seven days of purchase. Our products help people in difficult moments. We would rather you have your money back than keep something that did not help.
The seven days run from the time of your order email. We do not ask why and we do not make you justify it.
Either of these is fine:
- Reply to the order confirmation email we sent you.
- Write to support@yourfuneralsongs.com with your order email address.
We aim to respond within one working day. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, processed by Stripe; depending on your bank, it may take up to ten business days to appear.
The full order amount, including any taxes Stripe collected on your behalf. There are no restocking fees or processing fees.
Once a refund is issued, the download link in your email stops working and we delete the generated draft from our storage.
If something has gone wrong with your order — the file did not arrive, the link will not open, the eulogy did not generate correctly — write to us anyway. We will fix it whether you are still in the seven-day window or not.
