  • Service providers (processors): trusted third parties who help us run the site and deliver products. Each is a processor acting on our instructions, not a seller of data.

    • Resend — transactional email delivery

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users).
Data Retention

Eulogy Kit form contents and generated PDFs. Stored briefly so you can download what you bought. Download links expire after 48 hours. Generated PDFs sit in our storage for up to 90 days then are eligible for deletion. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see below.

Order records. Kept for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law requires (typically 6-7 years).

Email correspondence. Kept while your case is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Right to deletion. Email support@yourfuneralsongs.com with the address you ordered under. We will delete your form contents and generated PDF promptly. Order records that we are legally required to keep are retained.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures include:
